Training is a passion with every member of our team at British Connections.  All our trainers aim to harness the capabilities, creativity, enthusiasm, energy and ambition of the people. The approach to training is not only limited to the job but extends to life as such.

Ray Chadwick

Ray served 12 years in the Royal Air force (RAF) in personnel and administration both in the UK and Overseas.  After he left the Air Force he took up Admin/ Personnel posts, Personnel Management and HRD Management  for large Multi National Companies.  Currently he heads the Business Development and Marketing of British Connections.  He has a wide experience in dealing with both Indian and International Clients.

Sulabha R Chadwick (Corporate Trainer /Training Manager / HR)

Sulabha has been brought up in East Africa ( Kenya, Nairobi), Did her Senior Cambridge in Nairobi and completed her further education in India, through Bombay University. Has also completed her M.A ( in English). She has worked for several years as being the most successful head Of The Department in the Y.W.C.A Commercial College, Mumbai and had at that time trained the best and most saught after secretaries in Mumbai.  She has worked as the right hand to Mr Subash Chandra (owner of Essel World,  Z TV and many other companies). She moved on to gain some 15 years of Human Resource Leadership Experience in her own Manpower Recruiting Company M/s TQM.  Having decided to retire early In Pune, she saw that there are a lot of English Training Centers, but not of the quality she was expecting and therefore started British Connections to provide a service with 100% quality. British Connections does not have the pomp and show that other training centers have but..it can boast of its 100% quality and believes in "Making a difference" in everyone who enters its doors. In British Connections, she manages the overall Human Resource functions and is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR functions.  She is  a Certified Trainer and has trained over 100 people to become the best trainers.    People come from all parts of India to be trained by her.  What more would you like to hear?
